Every prop ships in one of three formats: finished, DIY kit, or raw print. Timelines depend on which one you choose.
Finished props are made to order and ship in 2 to 3 weeks. DIY kits and raw prints are usually in stock and ship in 3 to 5 days. You will see the estimate for your chosen format on every product page.
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate selected at checkout, with a standard and an express option. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. DIY kits and raw prints can be returned if they are unopened and unbuilt. Made to order finished pieces are handled case by case, so reach out and we will make it right.
Every kit includes a build guide and, where relevant, a wiring diagram. If you get stuck, we help. Just get in touch.
